After a sucessful branding and merch project with The Rowdy Onez, I was asked to design and illustrate their new coffee packaging. As a lover of coffee, I was thrilled. The only prompts were: it must be black and white, list the FDA requirements, and look dope. From there I wrote the copy, named the coffee, handlettered and illustrated the entire box, created a repeat pattern to wrap around the sides, and sent it off to the manufacturer (after approval). What came back was something I’m very proud of - and very tasty, Rowdy Coffee.
